Steve

Hey John, Thanks for the second collection of Golden Country hits. Your August mix has staked it's permanent claim to third slot in the car already and this one is going to rival it. Excellent stuff.

Steve

Hi John, thanks for the August mix. It's got a wealth of riches. Man, could George Jones sing a song or what? The playlist reminds me of a recent documentary that is streamable on NetFlix about the Carter family. Mr. Jones kills a cover of Worried Man Blues in it. If this playlist is in your wheelhouse, you'll definitely dig "The Winding Stream." Cheers for a notable IMP playlist. I'm enjoying it a lot.

Megan

Hi! I had to send it again. It was returned for some reason. Let me know if your address has changed. It's en route once more!

Megan

Hi John. I just mailed out your February mix from Florida, standard mail. You should get it any time!

Cal

I just mailed your January mix, and it occurred to me that you were my December mixer. Let me just say wow, you went above and beyond with that one. I'm no big band expert, but I thoroughly enjoyed every track and really appreciate the effort that went into that mix. Thanks, and I hope you enjoy the one I've sent.

Walter

Thanks for the June disc John, it fills plenty of gaps in my Bing collection. Love his laid back swinging style.

David

Have your received your June mix from me? I sent it a while ago.

Walter

Look forward to receiving the June assignment from you soon.

David

i think i sent your march mix to my april person. i'm fixing that now.

Shelly

Hey John - Sorry for the delay. Your January mix is going in the mail today. Hope you like it - Shelly

Danny

Louis Armstrong and his big smile is lighting up my living room.

Steve

On its way, John. Steve

Shelly

David

July mix just went in the mail. you should see it soon.

Donovan

Sent that June mix off. Sorry bout bein' late!

Walter

Thanks so much for Louis, Bessie & Clara. A splendid compilation.

Danny

Hi John, I'm your April DJ and I'm hoping you've got room in your house for some wicked reggae riddims. Danny

Kirsty

Hi John, My sincere apologies that my mixtape has been slow to arrive, the holiday season was wild busy it's going via air mail today.. hope it's worth the wait... Kirsty

Richard

John - I have just had the CD I sent returned (which I don't understand - Hong Kong Post is usually brilliant). I will resend it today - I am very sorry. Best regards Richard

James

7/18: June CD sent today. I added July's to make up for my tardiness. - James

Walter

Hi John, your Nov mix left Sydney today (Nov 13th)

*Martin

Your March mix is coming from London today (8th March). Part 2 in my 'oh fuck I'm old' series. Hope you like it!

Leisa

I am so happy you and your sister enjoyed the mix. "a Tuna Christmas" is one of my favorites :)

Leisa

December mix on it's way, hope it finds you well!

Meatbreak

Hey John. Thanks for the February mix. And sorry for nevergetting back to you at all about the Dwyer mix. My IMP manners are poor, apologies. I'm glad that mix got you as it's recipient, always pleased when they connect. Haven't had the chance to listen to yours yet, but it's going to get a play soon. Looks really good, it's all new to me so it will be an education. Thanks, all the best. MxBx

the_rebellious_jukebox

November mix on its way...bit lazy in getting to the postbox! Drop a line back when it arrives. Sid

Meatbreak

Hi John. I am your March sender, as you may already have seen. Your mix is very nearly done - I have gone from being a totally uncool 5 months behind right up to 1 in the space of 3 weeks....errr...which is to say, I have you in mind and will be upon you shortly. I don't normally look at peoples profiles before I send the mixes, but now I've seen yours I think I'll be pretty happy sending this on out to you. More from me soon. MxBx

Ian

Very nice looking mixes, especially that Nightdriving one (Rutti! awesome!). I had your December mix, and it was finished middle of the month but with holidays and all I completely blanked on getting it out, but I put it in the mail today so it should get there soon. Sorry! If it helps, I've got a solo track on there from Daryl Hall's aborted album with Robert Fripp. It's pretty amazing.

Kevin

Hey, thanks for the Yes! mix back in May. Om.

Sean

Your Jazz Convulsions mix is truly wonderful. I have played it numerous times. Thank you for the trade; if you want to trade again, let me know.

Sean

I got this great mix from a trade with someone and its your "Are You Cool?". Excellent choices. I also noticed that you were my February assignment. Small world. I would like to get a copy of your Jazz Convulsions. Let me know if you like to trade. I have all styles. Name it and i'll send it.

Jon

Hola John* Your comment dropped by at exactly the right time,I'm on with a memory training course and just hit the journey method of recall. Will add your mix over the top of the excercise! But have got to drive to it too. There's this awesome stretch of motorway out towards Immingham that makes you feel you are on an autobahn.Seen a car I like but the garage was closed. It's got a cassette deck! Don't worry will take Jan as co~pilot to guard against me falling into trance. Take Care & Have Fun Jon*

Jon

Say John~ Night Driving arrived today.Made me feel quite edgy listening at teatime and could only imagine travelling along in slow motion.Feels much more apt now it's night time.Off looking at cars tomorrow will try & buy one with audio so I can listen whilst I drive* *More later when I've had a good listen. Thanks for now. My favourite Dead Can Dance track of all time is Salterello (Spl?) In my head most days. Jon*

Aubrey

Hi John. Thanks for the mix! It was an introduction to a world that I never knew, a world..............after the beatles.

Angela

John, thank you SO MUCH for the GREAT mix!!! I LOVE IT - I can't stop playing it. All the songs are fantastic, but the best part is that they all go together so perfectly. It's so well done, thank you! If you were to make some of your compilations into Imixes on Itunes, I would definitely download them. You're really good at this, and I am lucky - thanks!

Howard

Hello! Many thanks for the wonderful 'blue' mix cd, which I have listened to many times and continue to enjoy muchly. 'taint the kind of thing that I've been much exposed to (when I think 'blue' and music, it's normally along the lines of Joni Mitchell and "Tigermilk"; my favourite film is "Three Colours: Blue"; but then of course we could all go on forever enumerating colour-related associative works) but I find it very evocative and mood-evoking and all that good stuff - it takes me someplace, which of course is if not the, then at least a (forgive the tortured phrasing), purpose of Art/Music/etc. It is music that is new to me, and I like it very much - what more to ask from a mix cd? Thanks again and all best, Howard
